Brain Surgeon Fantasies

This is an illustration done to go along with the short story "Memories of Amnesia," which is about a brain surgeon who pretty much goes nuts while doing a surgery. During the whole thing he analyzes his condition even as his brain slips away from him, and he fantasizes about doing surgery on himself.

So yeah, it's kinda farked up.
